
Chellis Glendinning
Chellis Glendinning, PhD, lives in Bolivia. She is a psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of trauma and a political activist whose participation has spanned the social movements of our times—from civil rights and anti-Vietnam to anti-globalization and indigenous rights.
Glendinning has written five books, each concerning a social issue as reflected through the interplay between psychological and collective. She has also written hundreds of essays, radio commentaries, and a folk opera.
