About the Author
Irini Rockwell, MA, is the director and principal trainer at the Five Wisdoms Institute. She holds a master’s degree in contemplative psychotherapy and a certificate in authentic leadership from Naropa University, where she was the director of dance and dance therapy. She is a senior teacher in the Shambhala community and a student of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
