J. P. Seaton

J. P. Seaton is the professor emeritus of Chinese at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He now lives in retirement with his wife, Kathy, in the piedmont of North Carolina. His translations of classical Chinese poetry are the most widely anthologized in the English language. He edits a web magazine of current translations, Welling Out of Silence, at poetrychina.net.
