Craig Williamson, MSOT, has been a bodywork practitioner and somatic educator for over thirty years. He has developed Williamson Muscular Retraining, a holistic approach to pain relief through kinesthetic awareness, alignment education, and psychophysical repatterning. He teaches his method in programs and seminars for bodywork practitioners, physicians, yoga teachers, and artistic performers. Williamson is a certified continuing education provider for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), and a faculty member at the University of Southern Maine. A licensed occupational therapist specializing in musculoskeletal pain, he runs a private practice in Portland, Maine.
