Actual Faith

January 14, 2010

Faith is the conviction that something is actually happening this very moment, that something is taking place right now; therefore it is so. It is tonight, it is nighttime, the sun isn't shining. It is winter. There is snow on the ground, we are indoors, we have electricity, and we have lights shining on us. That's the kind of faith we're talking about. It's actual faith as opposed to promised faith.
