Many times, I just find myself ready to write and not able to find anything I really want to SAY. So I stare at the paper or the screen and end up writing nothing, and not succeeding in my goal. I would love to find a better way to connect with emotions, feelings and inner thoughts to get them out in my writing in an easier way!

Ah! I've been looking for a book like this! My discursive mind really kicks up every time I sit before a blank page. I feel like there is so much in me but my inner critic keeps blocking my clear access to it. (Case in point: I edited this comment 5 times)

I am an international graduate student at Naropa University majoring Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. I've been having hard times writing papers. Even though I've received lots of A+ for my papers, it is still difficult for me to write because of my high level of anxiety and fear. I think it would be very helpful for me to work on my difficult emotions while writing if I get to read this book! Thank you! :)
