Internet orders for Shambhala books are shipped from our fulfillment center in central Massachusetts. Prices and availability are subject to change.

Whether you order online or by phone, we'll confirm the availability of your books and their estimated shipping dates. Credit card orders are not charged until the books are shipped. We are required to charge 5% sales tax if we receive your order by phone or by regular postal mail and your order is being sent to Massachusetts. If you send your order by regular postal mail, please send your payment with a check in U.S. dollars, no cash please. Foreign checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank.

You may order online through our online catalogue. When you find a book you like, click "Add To Shopping Basket." You may add as many books to the shopping basket as you like. Click "View Shopping Basket" at any time to review your selections. To remove a book, click "View Shopping Basket." You can then change the quantity to "0," and click the "Change Quantity Button." When you are ready to order, click "Order Now." You will be given a chance to review your selections one last time, and then be asked to fill out an online form.

If you prefer to order with us over the telephone, please call or fax the numbers below. If you place an order by regular postal mail and pay by check, and the book you have ordered is either not yet in print or out of stock, we will not backorder your book, but will refund your payment. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it using the return form included with your invoice, and we'll promptly exchange it or refund your purchase price. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account as soon as we receive your return. If you paid by check, we will issue you a refund check as soon as we receive your returned item.

Please contact our customer service department immediately if your order has been damaged in shipment or is incorrect.

Card Verification Value (CVV) is a security feature for credit card transactions on the Internet and over the phone. It is a 3 or 4 digit value printed nowhere except on the card. We use the CVV to verify that the you have the card in your physical possession, giving additional protection against credit card fraud.

• Mastercard and Visa cards have a 3 digit code, called the "CVC2" (card validation code), "CVV2" (card verification value) and "Cardmember ID" respectively. It is not embossed like the card number, and is always the final group of numbers printed on the back signature panel of the card.
• American Express cards have a 4 digit code printed on the front side of the card above the number, referred to as the "CID", or Card Identification Number. It is printed flat, not embossed like the card number.
