Stillness. Silence. Restoration. In this retreat, drop into deep quiet and reflect at the year’s end. This silent retreat near the Winter Solstice, is designed to bring you back to your very source—your breath, bone and spirit. The end of the year is for gathering inward, coalescing the spirit and emptying out anything you don’t need. At this time, it is valuable to touch a part of yourself that has been overlooked and forgotten. In silence, the heart’s own truths come to the surface. Through sitting practice, SATYA, asana, and walking meditation the winds of your heart can roam freely. In the support of the sangha, holding noble silence together, you can transform physically, psychically and in the ways of spirit. This provides a tremendous energy of renewal, in order to be in the world with a sense of confidence, courage and hope.
Students hold noble silence while Tias and Surya guide.
