On Sunday, Judith joins us and will begin with a short talk about the levels of fatigue and exhaustion we experience too often. We will name these stages so that we can begin to recognize them in our life, and then hopefully be able to choose to rest as needed. Following this discussion, Judith will teach a Restorative yoga practice.
After this three hour Sunday class, Judith will offer a one hour Question and Answer session.
