His Eminence Tulku Pema Rigtsal Rinpoche will grant profound instructions on Kyabje Dudjom Jigdral Yeshe Dorje Rinpoche's A Torch Lighting the Way to Freedom, a detailed commentary on The Chariot of the Path or Union (the Sater Ngondro) from the Zabsang Khandro Nyingtik (the Profound Secret Heart Essence of the Dakinis), one of the four cycles of profound dharma revealed by Traklung Dudjom Lingpa. Rinpoche will also bestow the empowerments of Mahaguru Tsokye Tuktik (The Heart Drop of the Lake-Born) and so on.
Although it was previously announced that these teachings would take place from 14 March-7 April 2025, at the repeated requests of many students, the teachings have been brought forward and will now take place from 7 January- 1 February 2025.
Program Specifics
On 7 January, the Mahaguru Tsokye Tuktik empowerment will be bestowed. The teachings will then begin and will continue until 30th January.
On 31st January, the empowerments for the Great Compassionate One, Amitabha, and the Thousand Buddhas will be bestowed. The teachings will conclude on 1st February with a thanksgiving offering and long-life ceremony.
The teaching sessions will take place in the mornings, and in the afternoon, the Sangha will perform a Vajra-Guru Dungdrup, following The Collected Seven Treasures' Guru Sadhana (Dudjom Lhadrup Terkha Dundue) of Dudjom Tersar.
Logistics
The teachings will take place in Ramhiti-Siddhinagar, near Boudhanath Stupa, Kathmandu.
There will be simultaneous translation into English and Nepali.
