The course provides a thorough introduction to lucid dreaming. We begin by exploring the many physical, psychological, and spiritual benefits of lucid dreaming; the science behind it, and the stages of sleep and how to use them to optimize lucid dreaming.
We’ll review the conditions that provide the foundation for lucid dreaming, such as good sleep hygiene, strong dream recall, and day-time practices that induce lucidity. Additional tools such as natural agents that heighten dreams, electronic gadgets that wake you up to your dreams, and the latest apps will be explored.
You’ll also learn how to manage common obstacles to lucid dreaming, and how to transform insomnia and reduce nightmares. Using talks, meditations, discussion groups, videos, and “napping practice,” participants will come away with knowledge of how to induce lucid dreams, and what to do with them.
The true magic of lucid dreaming is that the insights cultivated during the night can be used to transform your day. Lucid dreaming leads to lucid living.
