This two-part workshop will focus on yoga's benefits for hormonal and nervous system balance. In Part II, students will learn about prostate function and health as well as related chronic conditions. With an understanding of basic function, Baxter will guide students in a group yoga therapy class incorporating postures, breathing techniques and other yoga therapy tools aimed at decreasing stress and supporting a healthy prostate gland as well as the endocrine system as a whole.
All ages welcome. No yoga experience necessary. Both workshops are open to all.
