The Nyingthig Yab Zhi empowennents will be offered by Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche at Rigdzin Ling, Chagdud Gonpa Foundation's main center, located in Junction City, California, from November 9 to 22,1995.

In the fourteenth century, the omniscient Longchen Rabjam condensed the essence of the six million, four hundred thousand Dzogchen tantras into a single collection known as the Nyingtliig Yab Zhi, or Four Higher Cycles of the Heart Drop Teachings.

These empowerments fulfill one of the two traditional prerequisites for Great Perfection transmission, the other being the establishment of a pure, strong foundation through the preliminary practices (ngondro), particularly guru yoga.

Those who receive the Nyingthig Yab Zhi empowerments are assured that their connection to Great Perfection will eventually come to full fmition and that they will find ultimate liberation.
