In the summer of 1995 His Holiness the Sakya Trizin, head of the Sakya lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, will give a major Buddhist teaching in Friday Harbor on San Juan Island, Washington. This month-long series of profound discourses on peace, compassion and the nature of reality, so needed in our world today, is rarely given anywhere. His Holiness's stay is being hosted by Sakya Kachod Choling, under the spiritual direction of Sakya Jetsunma Chimey Luding.
