L. S. Cousins

L. S. Cousins (1942–2015) was one of the world’s foremost experts on Pali Buddhism. He taught at the University of Manchester and the University of Oxford and was a founding member of the Samatha Trust, an organization that fosters practice and study in the samatha-vipassanā meditation tradition.
