Kindness Cards for Kids is a colorful deck that provides different ways kids can practice being kind to themselves, their families, their communities, and the earth every single day. Each card offers a simple reflection or activity that helps kids develop their strengths in four key dimensions of kindness: compassion, empathy, courage, and responsibility.

Author and clinical psychologist Nuanprang Snitbahn has created a guide for educators, caretakers, and therapists on how to use the cards to explore the different dimensions of kindness. The guide includes a courage activity where kids can draw their brave self and reflect on times when they need to stick up for themselves or others during conflict. The empathy activity helps kids put themselves in someone else's shoes and brainstorm ways to help others in tricky situations. Learn how to make a zen jar to help kids deal with strong emotions and create a COVID kit for venturing out into the world with safety and responsibility.

Check out the guide for more interactive activities and fun ways to use this deck as a daily or weekly practice!
