Day retreat on 2nd Karmapa's recommended meditations, 'Introduction to the 3 Kayas'.
Karma Pakshi (1204-1283), the 2nd Karmapa, taught the meditations far and wide in his travels in Tibet, China, and Mongolia,
even teaching at court to the Mongolian Emperors Mongke Khan & Kubilai Khan.
The meditations involve breathing techniques and visualisation, and the sessions are graduated through the day.
Some pranayama instruction.
All meditators are welcome, free of charge.
