in his travels far and wide in Tibetan, China, and Mongolia, in the 13th century.
He also taught the meditations at the courts of the Mongolian Emperors Mongke Khan and Kubilai Khan.
The session is done according to guided instructions, stage by stage.
Some pranayama is done.
All are welcome, free of charge.
The 4th November session is to be followed by a day retreat,
on 14th November.
